@drombosky we don't want to remove this field since other clients might still be using it (the API converts it to targets when creating line items). Perhaps better solution would be to make this field optional and add a comment noting it is deprecated and that the user should be using targets |

The
requiredCompletesfield was deprecated in the API February 8, 2019. This changes remove the field, which was required.
